Small clamp

Description

If you don’t have a meat slicer, this clamp is the ideal solution for hand-slicing sections of prosciutto. Of the various sections available, we recommend the Noce, the easiest part to slice by hand. The clamp is made from wrought-iron with a beech-wood base.
